Constant Contact Template + content for Storage industry

Hello bidders - We are beginning our efforts at email campaigns with Constant Contact. We want to have 1 email template designed which will announce our self-storage product to a specific industry (we can provide the successful bidder with more information). We have an email list already. The template should be clean, simple and respectful following all international conventions on best practice. It will be going to an English speaking audience, so understanding of this culture, and how to format a visually attractive message is required. Our audience is B2B. The email message will need to highlight key benefits of using our product, and a simple, 3-step process to signing up. Assume the audience is non-technical and will need to sign up to our service on our web site. We can walk the successful bidder through the steps so you understand what's involved. The email should be short, to the point and clear. The template should be one which is flexible enough for us to use in the future for other audiences. That is, it should have a standard "how to sign up" instructions, and allow us to customise the audience-specific message in the future for different audiences. You must have experience with Constant Contact - we are new to the service and will need a template that is easy for us to upload to our account.
