Dissertation Chapter Editing/APA formatting (29 pgs))

External proofreading, editing and APA formatting needed, ASAP. This project includes the title page, abstract, dedication, acknowledgements, and Chapter on of my thesis, which 29 pages long, plain text, no images, and no tables. In addition, I have an approved pre-proposal as guide. I would like this paper to be proofread, and edited for spelling, grammatical errors, citations (i.e., authors in correct order) paragraph structure, and academic jargon (i. check for bias, opinions, passive voice). I would also like this paper formatted using a prescriptive APA dissertation template provided by the University. Basically, I am looking for an editor to make sure that this paper meets the APA expectations of the University, and make sure that the paper is clear, concise, and polished. I need this project by 8/28/08. However, I would like the winning bidder to return this with in a 48 hour time frame. After the selection of the provider, the buyer will provide a copy of the approved pre-proposal from the committe, a copy of the APA template, a copy of the Dissertation Manual and a rough draft of Chapter One to include the title page, abstract, table of contents, dedication and acknowledgements.
