We are an online motorcycle parts retailer. We need an customer service person to join our team.
You can work your own hours and from home. Work will be consistent 25 hours a week minimum. Pay will be hourly
Tasks include:
Advising customers on motorcycle parts through email. Ensuring all customers are happy.
Uploading products into the website from supplier catalogs.
Necessary hard skills:
Top notch English, both written and spoken.
Customer service experience.
Experience with virtumart / Joomla and light excel programming.
Attention to detail.
Motorcycle parts.
