I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant.
They must have perfect english and grammar.
Mixed duties will include:
- Calling prospects and inviting to events
- Calling clients and inviting to events
- Updating databases
- Scheduling appointments in calendar
- Booking venues (when applicable)
- Sending emails (office autopilot would be preferable)
- Managing social media
Will require work throughout Australian working hours and some additional hours - so must be flexible. Willing to work with you to ensure our deadlines. Ongoing work.
MUST have perfect english and phone manner. This will be tested.
