How you extract is up to you: whatever way is useful to you e.g. OCR Able2Extract/Nitropodf etc OR manually. Likely you will need to do a combination of methods. This allows you to extract an entire statement in a couple of seconds directly to a spreadsheet. 4) Validate that all items are correct by reconciling to bank statements.
