I can do it thorugh MS Access to separate the file into Excel's files. In Excel is impossible to do it because you exceed the capacity and the process would be slowly.

First we'll separate the CSV file into two files of 7 million records each and then work in parallel separating the data into smaller CSV files according to their different categories. Once we have the files we'll upload them to the Wordpress directory you specify.
