I have two Word.-ocuments. Each Word-document contains a table with 4 columns as per below:
-Activity
-Responsibility
-Description
-Result
The first document has 16 activities and the other has 5 acitivities. The activities are ordered depending on when they occur. There are two actors, the Company and the Client, and they have different responsibilities (see responsibilities above).
I need to create two cross-functional flowchart diagrams in Microsoft Visio with company and client in different swimlanes. The style and format should be the same as the one I have attached.
This should be a simple task if you know how to use Microsoft Visio. The flowchart will describe training a group of people in a workshop so it is not specific knowledge. The first flowchart is called 'Pre-Requisite Activities' and will describe the preperation needed to conduct the work-shops. The second flowchart is called 'Document & Follow-Up' and describe all activities in following up the training with tests and answering questions from participants.
The budget for this project is EUR 5-10.
