We designed a website where users can: 1. Share Ideas (can sell ideas too) 2. Share what they are doing (or what they have done) 3. Create and take part in projects ( can be paid projects too) 4. Ask and answer questions Each of these have different other features. We want a professional or a company with good content entry, administration, design, SEO and advert skills and preferably other skills needed to attract users and make the website more lively. The tasks for this project are: 1. Design a better "About Us" page 2. FAQ, Terms, and Services, Privacy Statement. 3. Site content entry 4. Attracting active users 5. Suggest better improvements 6. Is able to communicate well his concepts and suggest better improvement This project is like a month contract. If after 30 days we notice a real increase in traffic and user activity, we might continue with the whoever is awarded this project and might increase pay. The first month is like a test period to see what the person to be awarded this project can do. However, if within 2 weeks, we don't notice any change in the site traffic or search ranking, reserve the right to terminate this project with 50% payout with the person it was awarded and look for another. However, if we don't see any real increase at all (i.e., the person didn't do much) we reserve the right to reduce the payout percent. Please bid only if you are sure you can achieve and perform.
