i know how to use access database in filemaker server in version 11 but i will do it their is little bit change between this two version.

I have been working in IT since 1980 as Systems Engineer and lately FileMaker Developer. Based in London, UK I can communicate via phone, email or Skype. My understanding is that you was to convert Access file to FileMaker and this means converting each of the Access tables into a format that FileMaker can import. Depending upon the format the tables will have to be linked and suitable interfaces screens will need to be designed for access by the user. Some conferring will be necessary to confirm the requirement/specification for the finished database.
