Online Image posting Data Entry in web system

Hello, I am looking for a data entry person who can deliver fast. we need to post images in our system using a web interface. You will have to post them as we will show. Steps are repetitive. We require you to post 4000 images. This will be done in 3 weeks. It takes about 1 minute 20 seconds per image so we are expecting about 40 images to be done per hour. You will have to put images in right folder according to their name. You must finish project in 2 weeks from start. For access to website, you will need an good internet connection of atleast 500kbps or ideally 1mbps. Kindly bid your rate for completing 4000 images in 100 hours. we are looking for affordable rate and then feedback.
