Cut down simple audio files

Hi there! First of all here's a link with a bunch of random edited files and their "raw" counterparts for A-B comparison. I work in the State Radio of my country and I perform this exact task on a daily basis with lots of interviews. I am also used to work on a tight schedule, since I have to deliver (weekly) a program with 12 blocks, each 15 minutes long of edited material (the radio station's "best of the week" with political, society and music interviews both local and international). This is done with the same goal than this project's: to capture the main concepts in the shortest time possible, keeping the naturality of the human speech . My profile currently boasts 100% 5 star ratings, and some of the projects I've done on Freelancer.com are closely related to this kind of task. I took out a lot of the excess background noise with a 500$ WAVES AUDIO Plugin that sounds extremely well as well as blended the voice to perfection using equal powered cross faders & using the great Pro Tools 10HD.
