FOR USA BASED PEOPLE ONLY !!! Our Introduction:- I am the founder/owner of a newly buzzing business (Originally based in Canada) "I-Artts", in the distribution of Art works and custom sculpting. See: [login to view URL] My business, because of its growing demand, takes me to travel all over the Continent. However, I have decided to relocate (take my business) to the United States due to the need to satisfy my US based collectors who form my largest clients and at the same time be around my kids schooling in the USA. To do this, I would have to round up on all business activities, auditing and relocation procedures here in Canada. For this reason, I am in search of 20 COMPANY ASSISTANTs (USA based) who would always attend to my personal and business errands. Company Assistant/Secretary Job Description:- A Company Assistant/Secretary to help handle paper-works, track charitable donations, coordinate events, and run both personal and business errands. In addition, the candidate will be working with the estate manager (regarding the location of office branches) and loyal collectors of our art works. Another component of the position will be looking through bills, calling clients with any questions or issues relating to bills and invoicing, and liaising with the accountant. Job Requirements:- Speaks, writes, reads and understands English Effective verbal and listening communications skills Time management skills Not less than 3 years working experience Personal Attributes:- 1.
