When you do 4 performance bonuses in a roll (4 pay periods ) I add 10% more to your performance bonus making it 20%. Do 4 more pay periods in a roll and get 10% more added on making your performance bonus 30%. If your team works 8 hours and then take the next 16 hours off that is not a 24 hour team. If your team works 16 hours and take 8 hours off that is not a 24 hour team.
