I am a Data Entry Processor or Operator (Secretarial) and a customer service representative. I have 12 years of experience in the field of Front Desk Receptionist, Inbound Call centre (NARS Call Centre) National Asset Recovery Service, and National Collection Agency, storing information, printing assignments that has to deal with my job and some times sending email with information needed to the required individual or company, also I do Research on different websites for needed information required to the jobs that needs search done. I update myself daily on the new programme that has to do with Microsoft files and windows.
My area of interest is to rewrite documents from handwriting, scanned documents or pdf files to Ms Word etc., inbound calls, email sending, copy and paste and storing information using Microsoft Word, Excel, Notepad and PowerPoint etc. I only speak English and I aim to satisfy my employer in giving them a complete Job and to be error free as best as possible.
My typing speed is above 50wpm. But can increase if understanding of Job given is clear. I use broad band (DSL) internet connection and my computer speed is up to date. I can put in enough time on any job given to me to meet any deadline, once I understand the task given to me properly.
