I have gone through the pages you provided and understood your requirement. I have done a similar kind of web research projects in past too.
1) $ 1.25 per hour can be negotiated if continuous work is provided to me.
2) Looking at the sample page and considering accuracy I guess I can complete 10-12 pages in an hour.
3) I would prefer to work from Monday to Saturday, if required I am open to work 7 days in a week.
