Creation of 300 blog accounts - activated & ready to post

The job needs to be done strictly on time, otherwise I don't make any payment! Only bid on the project if you can ensure this. It's very urgent, so I can only give you exactly six days (counts from the time I am sending you the email where I nominate you as service provider), to complete the following job: Please create 300 blogs (fully activated, ready to post) according to the attached list: the bloghost is in the first row. it's 50 different blog hosts and I need 6 accounts per host. Select names for the account that look natural. You will need to create all accounts six five different IPs (one host, 6 accounts from 6 IPs). that's very important. please only place a bid if you can fulfil my requirements 100% without any doubts. The reporting should include the target url of the blog, username, password and a tick for a working account. I will also provide you with 5 email accounts (1 email account per account). If the blog hosts ask you for names, please use american or english names. Payment: I am paying 30% upfront (escrow). The rest I am going to pay once I have checked ALL accounts. It happened to me before that I payed a service provider and found out that 80% of all accounts were deleted because the guy always used the same IP. I WILL ONLY PAY FOR WORKING ACCOUNTS. Which means: If 30% of the created accounts turn out to be deleted, not working, wrong password,... I will deduct 30% from your bid. That's important for us to ensure that we get quality work.
