I have done Data Mining Course in my M.Tech. I am known to several algorithms on clustering for eg: K-Means, Birch, leader etc. and i have implemented these clustering algorithms in our data mining course. Let know me your requirements like language, enhancements on the BIRCH algorithm. I can write optimal code in C++.
