Creating and updating press list 2

We have list of journalists who potentially could write about our product (a chemistry set). There are two main tables: 1. publications - a list of websites and magazines 2. journalists - a list of journalists Here is the list of fields: *** publications *** Name Website Lang Priority Category Twitter Followers Facebook Likes Alexa Monthly Visitors (easy to find using Alexa ranking) *** journalists *** Publication Link Name Position Country City Lang Description Profile Related article Email Twitter Facebook Others Linkedin Personal blog Instagram Some data is missed in the table: many publications include only name and URL, many journalists include only name, publication, twitter. The task includes the following four subtasks: 1. Add missed information to the "publications" page (twitter, facebook, alexa ranking, estimated monthly visitors). Total: 40 publications 2. Add new publications from the "publications to add" tab. First check if this publication is not added yet. If not add a new record in the end of "publications" tab with all needed fields. Mark newly added lines with blue background. 17 publications 3. Add missed information to the "journalists" page (email, description, position, etc). 100 journalists 4. Add new journalists from the "journalists to add" tab. This table contains science journalists. Not all of them are relevant. Add only relevant journalists. See above description what are relevant and irrelevant journalist. Convert data from "journalists to add" tab to the format used in the "journalists" tab. Check if this journalist is not added yet. If not add a new record in the end of "journalist" tab with all needed fields. Mark newly added lines with blue background. 80 journalists I can send this table by request. Please include delivery date in your proposal.
