Delphi/Firebird database XML import tool - modification required

Unified XML Importer into Database I have an existing Delphi 2010/Firebird 2.5 database project, which also includes a tool to import records into the database from a XML file. This also already includes routines to prevent the creation of duplicates. I would like to find a freelancer who can modify the code so that data from another XML source can be imported into the database. Since the routines to load data, as well as duplicate checking etc. are already working this will be quite easy. Basically we just need to map the XML tags of a new XML data format to the fields in the database tables. There will be some IF-THEN logic involved as well, since sometimes in case of a particular XML tag certain additional fields (or data in related tables) needs to be modified. However overall this should be pretty easy because this is exactly what the tool does using a different XML format at the moment. The task is to maintain all these old routines so that the legacy XML format can still be imported, but to also add support for the new standard XML format. Ideally I would like to find a programmer who is able to work with me as a freelancer over the next few months also re future additions/modifications, but it is not essential. Russian speakers preferred as the original developer of the tool speaks Russian as well. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.
