Create WP Blog Theme using Wordpress 3.3.1+

I am looking for a blog theme designer (experienced) that can create a custom theme to my requirements using the latest wordpress. Here are some of my requirements: 1: Header to go with theme/template 2: Full template css/design coding (complete) 3: Theme must be free of any coding errors 4: Theme must be w3c compliant 5: Use best possible SEO for fast/quick indexing Here are some other things: allow space below header for 728x90 banner code. I need to be able to place an image that will show on the outside of each post. The same image will not show on the inside post, as this maybe reserved for advertising space for banner code. I need to be able to create WP pages without the page actually showing as part of the blog post, unless I wish it too. for example: If i create an article, then I can post to the blog, but if I wish to create a sales page, then I may not want it to appear as a post in the blog. I may want to create a sales page that I would not want withe the rest of the blog articles. I would need to be able to create the sales page in the blog editor, and when I publish, then it would not go to the blog as a normal post, but I would be able to edit the url, or link to the url/page. Maybe there is some type of WP external page creator that can do this? Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc... I need to be able to setup WP blocks that flow with the rest of the blog without looking like an actual block.... I also require header/footer links. We need to work out any possible glitches as they come up... So that you can fix any issues ASAP... I can show you exactly what I have in mind.... Final theme must be in 100% working order.
