Hello, I need a pcb crircuit to load 4 38120s lifepo4 batteries from a 100w-12v solar pannel. the circuit must be able to provide power to two devices (5 v at 2A and 3.3 v at 0.2A) even during the charge. The board must include: - a low discharge protection for the batteries, - a footprint to plug an arduino pro mini and a rtc to open and close the output power depending on the date and the hour, - the mosfet driven by the arduino to open or close the output, - a on/off switch with 3 positions (OFF, ON with arduino control, ON without arduino), - a voltage sensor readed by the arduino I need eagle files gerber files, bom (xls + order ready to pay on Farnell). I need experienced freelancer in this field the work has to be done in 3 to 5 days max
Hello,
I have a lot of experience with charges and made a lot of LiPo and NcMh charging devices and I have made some small charging devices usually for phones that charge from solar panels. I can help you with no problem making your design.
I will like if we can get in touch and talk about your project
About me:
I have 8 years of product design in the automotive industry. I am an expert in:
- Dc - Dc converters
- DDRAM memory's simulation and layout
- USB charging - accelerometers , gyroscopes
- GPS and GSM - LCD Displays
- LED power calculation
As a Layouter I have 5 Years experience. I am an expert in
: - Power Dissipation Calculation
- EMC Rules - Impedance Calculation
- Manufacturing Rules I have made Layout for ARM processor. Work also with BGA footprint. I have done projects even on 10 layer. So I know how to build a layer stack up.
As Layout and Schematic software I am an expert in Eagle, PADs, Zuken.
As Simulation software for the Schematic I used LTSpice.
Thank you for your time,
Have a NIce Day,
Alex.
