Design of Grid connected distributive generation system

I would like to hire an experienced Electrical Engineer who posses good knowledge in designing Smartgrid system. You have to be an expert in Digsilent (preferable) or Etap to complete the project successfully. All the relevant information regarding the project is given below: The project task has been divided into different parts. Initially you have to design the IEEE 39 BUS system in Digsilent by using the IEEE 39 BUS system data which is attached with the job post. Then you have to find out vulnerable loads and BUS bar in the system. Once you figure out the vulnerable loads, the next task is to connect appropriate DG systems to the loads. Moreover, I have already designed a IEEE 39 BUS system in Digsilent but it has not been verified yet. For your convenience, I have attached the schematic of the design. At the end, you need to produce the schematic file and all the simulation results in a word document.
