Need a controller that will have 4 DC motors connected (inputs) but will only allow current to pass through 1 and once that motor has x amount of volts passing though it (user defined) it allows the 2nd motor to connect and allow voltage to pass through it as well as the 1st motor until the 2nd motor reaches a certain voltage(user defined)then engage the 3rd motor and allow voltage to pass through it as well as the first 2 until the 3rd motor reaches a certain voltage (user defined) etc.. etc for up to 4 motors. This controller must also disengage the motors as they decline in voltage and reverse the action. Should be capable of continuous operation at very high voltages and amps. Up to 600v and 200amps. I'm not sure if the amps are as much an issue however voltage is. Would be great to monitor voltages somehow and all voltage that engage each motor should be user defined from 12 volts up to 600v. This needs hard wired inputs and outputs. Needs to be able to handle varying voltages input(pass through)from 1v to 600v. This will be used for a DC charging system using hydro system. As rpm increases so does voltage, if rpm/voltage gets high enough controller engages 2nd DC generator, if rpm can still go higher so does voltage so 3rd DC generator kicks in to make more power. But if adding addition generator slows rpm then that generator shall be disconnected from system. But there will need to be a buffer (lack of better word) so if rpm is to close it will not kick on and off to many times. Maybe a separate engage voltage and separate disengage voltage (User defined) would solve problem? Please quote me on this type controller, does not need to be boxed, can be just the board as long as I get a clear diagram. Please tell me how you would build this and the quality of the parts used so I know what I'm getting. I need you to explain how you would build this and how it would be controlled so I know you understand exactly what I need. We need to be on the same page for this project. I respond very fast so don't hesitate to email me. If this is not clear (I know it's not very clear) just ask me some questions and we'll work it out. Please be dependable and knowledgeable about these type controllers.

If we understand what you want you have hydrogenation, the output of which will change (as does wind power generation etc.) You want to connect a number of motors which will take the load as per your logic and output of the generator. Basically your target is to use the outputs using as much of what you are getting from the input. You need a. micro controller 2 ADCs Attenuator (ADC takes 2.5 max,precion resistor attenuator will attenuate the high voltage Isolation amplifiers and number of high quality relays An Led display A number push buttons for user setting An auxiliary supply for the system. That's an interresting project. Of course some points have to be refined. The best would be that you post the complete diagram of the system including inventory of motors, mechanical parts, control unit, ect... the first questions I think about are : Does it have to be connected to a computer or should it operate standalone (sometimes even if not needed, an old $100 computer helps simplifying the remaining hardware) What kind of motors DC, AC, how many phases, how many poles, top speed. What kind of switching ? relays (only on/off) or semi-conductors (possibility of smooth varyation) why do you talk about voltage increasing ? when you switch a motor on, without an inverter or a variator, the voltage stays at its maximum value, simply the current is very high and can even damage the motor and the control unit. are you planning to use regular motors like generators ? if yes, there are some changes to implement (if DC, put DC in the rotor like for a car alternator, if AC, send reactive power with an inverter) which accuracy do you expect in input voltage detection ? if high, then an analog to digital conversion is a must. if low (more or less 20 percents) an analog comparision would be enough and cheaper but less flexible. your project seems somehow unconventional, so teach us your idea so we can help you. No one will stole your idea here. I assume your budget is too low to implement the full control unit. If you need a semi-conductor-based switching, the transistor to switch 600V with 200 if they exist are completely out of price. I've bought a little inverter/variator for a three-phased 11 kilowatts motor, it costs around $2000 and the 6 output transistor can give only 20 amps. maybe we should define a board with a standard output level like TTL or low power relays and you complete it with extra high power relays to fit your application.

Hello, I can make this project for you, but first we need to clarify some technical issues on the circuit control. Let's find a way to chat easily on mail if you are interested. Nevertheless, the software is not a problem with a PIC uC(pretty cheap, around 10$ a powerful one), or an Atmel(much cheaper, around 3$), but I suggest PIC. Afterward, I can teach you how to make your own PIC/ATMEL programmer, very cheap and easy in order to download the software yourself. Regarding the hardware part: the reading of those 600V is not a problem, but with a resolution of 0.58V(10bit ADC resolution) plus the tolerance, which is the same 0.58V. If you need a better resolution, then the circuit it's more complicated (12 bit ADC resolution = 0.005V, but useless for your purposes). It will remain only the part for the motor command, where I would like to talk in private. Anyway, I can make the software, the hardware design, schematic, pcb layout and of course I will give them to you.I will tell you also the parts details with which I have worked before and they are very good. We have already worked on such application for BLDC motors. would like to know more specific input ratings for the motors. We have worked for HVAC Car modules that need continuous monitoring of voltages and also measurement of RPM and thereafter engaging motors. Can work together for this if u need more details do get back.

Sir we can use H-Bridge for the driving along with digital display for setting the voltages for each of the motor. Are these motor are loaded with any high load side? If yes then we need to form a closed looped network to WORK à MONITOR à FEEDBACK à ACTION (WORK) Here we can go with various options for the controller side but we will prefer PIC microcontroller.
