Supply is mains voltage which is rectified and switched via a FET, with diode across the load as load is inductive.
PCB designed using the appropriate components, I have suggested components with the preferred supplier being rs components www.rswww.com.
Hi Stewart, I believe I can help you with your project. I notice that the FET is incorrectly connected but I can easily sort that out.

1. Redrawn and corrected schematic as a pdf
2. Items list fully costed using RS UK part numbers as an excel spread sheet.

I have some questions:
1. What magnitude the current should be commutated on "Term 2 Switch"?
2. What voltage comes on "Term 3 Solenoid"?
3. How are galvanic connected or are not connected on external chains "Term 1 Supply", "Term 2 Switch" and "Term 3 Solenoid"?
4. Necessary speed of switching of a key element interests me?

Would you prefer any specific EDA tool (PCB design software) for PCB design (or) any tool is okay for you?
Is board outline dimension is fixed (or) variable?
It is single sided board (or) double-layer board?

I can help you, i will draw the circuit using Proteus and i will also design the PCB using Proteus.
it have an advantage of viewing the PCB in 3D, before finalizing this, secondly we can also generate auto pick and place files for the SMD components(As SMD components are soldered by machine).
i can also Design the PCB with Eagle CAD. Selction of CAD software will be at your choice.

I even have experience in making power inverters and uninterrupted power supplies. As far as your circuit is concerned I think there are some mistakes and unnecessary components used. I can help you with the correction and also the PCB designing. I assume that you have all the components. If you have then please send me the picture so that I can guess the size and make a PCB footprint accordingly. I will make the PCB on Eagle software and provide you the PCB and gerber files. If you dont have components then I will suggest the component size and make the PCB accordingly.
