Hello Sir I design some vapes before for some US company. I am experienced with that sort of electronic so it will be nothing new for me to design. Here you have few problems, you definitively need to boost current as 500mA is not even close enough for vapes, you will need somewhere around 5 to 7 amps if i remember well of course that depend on coil resistance and mosfet driver RDS on resistance cause mosfets are driving those coils in general. I can offer you complete working prototype, manufactured and tested. If you are open we can discuss this in details. Also i can help you finding some software developer for this.
