Hi, I can find fan, battery and lamp for this product, I hope you suggest what luring chemical should be, I suppose a solar panel is not the part of design (is ready made). Also, electronics is not, I assume is the part of project, I just reserve a place for PCB board in 3D model? I'm an electronic engineer with 5 years of experience in 3D modelling using SolidWorks. I have more than 30 years designing and manufacturing products from DC to RF using the latest technologies to gain the optimum product and manufacturing process. In this product I would use the combination of UV leds to minimize power consumption for the close attraction of the mosquitos and a bleed of CO2 from commonly available cartridges for the medium range attraction. The high speed fan and the small solar panel are the biggest complication in that we will need to define the sizes of both. High speed fans consume a lot of power and small solar panels do not generate a lot of power. The product will have to charge the battery during sunlight and use the battery at dusk when there are more mosquitos. It is not clear if the mosquitos have to be contained or killed entering the container. The fan itself will not kill mosquitos but using a venturi to accelerate the air may be sufficient or a high voltage discharge may be necessary. This is a very interesting project.
