Hello, We are looking for an electrical engineer who can help us design and possibly manufacture a li-on battery charger. The charger should be able to charge specific Li-ion polymer mobile phone batteries and test the batteries. The charger should be able to charge the batteries to 40% and stop automatically. The FPC connectors for the specific batteries will be provide or shipped if needed. The voltage on the batteries are between 3.7v-3.8v. Any more information will be given once job has been accepted.

Dear Valued Employer, My name is Martin Botsov and I am an engineering physicist with extensive experience in the field of circuit design, circuit prototyping and PCB design. As I understand from the project description, you want to develop a custom Li-Pol charger and tester which should be able to charge a specific type of mobile phone battery up to 40%. So, without further ado here's how the workflow would look like, if you happen to choose me as a partner for your project: 1. Initial discussion 2. Initial draft based on project requirements 3. Schematic drawing 4. Review of schematic drawing 5. PCB design 6. Production files (STEP, BOM, GERBER, NC DRILL, PICK & PLACE) 7. Hello, My name is Sebastian Frentiu. I am an electronics engineer. I have over 9 years experience in the automotive industry. I have experience with designing battery chargers circuits. There are 2 solutions to the problem at hand: 1) with a controller- this will imply using also software 2) just a hardware solution. The IC I propose to use for charging is BQ24075- this charger is used particularly for charging 3.7V batteries lithium. It stops automatically at 4.2V (this is the highest voltage supported by most 3.7V nominal lithium batteries). I have designed circuits with this IC and they worked fine. Using a comparator I will set a threshold that will disable the charger from charging when the battery voltage is at the desired 40%. I have to ask what do you mean by: "The charger should be able to charge specific Li-ion polymer mobile phone batteries and test the batteries. "- the part with test the batteries- what do you have in mind here? I am new to freelnacer. I can send you some circuits to prove that I have experience in designing battery chargers. By Qualification I am Master's in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering. i can make the circuit design for the required project of 3.7v Li-ion battery charger. i will also explain every details of circuit diagram. i do have the experience of circuit designing and doing major projects. i will make a systematic plan and accordingly i will execute the task.
