I am a chartered structural engineer working in Dubai before relocation, therefore, I fully understand the local requirements and information required for approval (if applicable). In order to clarify my understanding on the project, here are my assumptions for this bid:- 1. Exhibition stand is located indoor and no wind analysis required. 2. Architectural drawings will be provided by employer. 3. No structural drawings required. 4. Only compiled calculation report including member design and connection design will be provided. 5. Loading for exhibition stands and spiral staircase as per BS6399. 6. Spiral staircase include stringers and steps only. 7. The interface design between the exhibition stand/spiral staircase and concrete is not considered. I will carry out the structural design by SAP2000. If structural drawings are required, they will be done with Tekla together with Autocad with additional fee. If you award the project to me, I can assure you the exhibition stand (if it is not proprietary product) will be an economical structure and all details will be considered and you will encounter no problem during installation.
