We are seeking planning permission on a 1.1 hectare site. The council is concerned about the overall layout, aesthetics and style of the development. We are seeking a total of 6 dwellings. Due to risks on this project we do not want to carry out a full design of the site. in addition, one of the new houses is for our own personal use.
