Hello, requiring a full-time call centre representative to handle inbound and outbound phone calls for Bahrain-Canadian Oil Drilling based business.
Objective:
To invite "(a) target audience" to attend the "(b) events" of the newly opened Canadian company in Bahrain.
Will be required to do the following:
1. Gathering Contact Listing for the said audience(a)
2. Make outbound call to invite on the scheduled event(b)
3. Data entry of booking into google doc (excel spreadsheet) with attendees name/position/company/contact details/vehicle/location
4. Make some follow up calls to confirm attendance
Approximately 50 calls per day. Agent position full time representing the company.
If possible, it is best have some knowledge about Oil Drilling and Drilling Company market.
