Break down a series of long speeches into sentences -- 2

I need to identify when each sentence starts and ends in a series of MP3 files from LibriVox. The files are chapters 2 (TWO) to 36 [login to view URL] The source for the sentences is: [login to view URL] The output I have in mind is a three-column Excel file; one sheet per chapter (clearly labeled, and in order), with: Column 1: The sentence (e.g. "- Un re! - diranno subito i miei piccoli lettori." copy-paste the text) Column 2: When the sentence starts (seconds, e.g., 2 minutes 30.1 seconds becomes "90.1") Column 3: When the sentence ends (as above). Key consideration: times should be synced to the tenth of a second or better, so use of an audio editing software like Audacity is highly encouraged to get precise measurements. Also recommended to send a sample row or two from Chapter 2 with the bid, to make sure we're on the same page; we can establish milestone payments every 4-5 chapters if appropriate.
