Center APP. Faking process for excel.

Project description in zip. I have coders to doing mt4 job but i dont have the person ho create "centrum app". Part1 and Part2 its a job reserved for mt4 coders. but i need C# programist ho create me vision ;) I'll show you my conversation with a programmer Programers MT4 SAY: OK i will explain again. MQL language CAN NOT work with multiple sheets as you want! Only one sheet per excel file. Your project is still immposible to be done! I say him this: Hi. Do you read conspect C# ? I think you dont. This software create one excel file for everyone type of data. On reality its a fake csv because i have [login to view URL] with all sheets (all files) and "Center APP" will have fake proces. Windows and mt4 dont know about this proces and indi can be work on this fake sheet (one file) :) So mt4 can work property and update data for that much excel files how it needs. The rest of work will be doing by "Center APP" I am understand how you thinking but one fake linkap CSV its for windows and mt4 one sheet and one file.
