Hi, I am VB and GIS developer and well versed in Excel and programming of Excel using VBA or even developing Add-in for Excel using VSTO of .NET. I gave also courses in Excel for UN employees here in Palestine - Gaza. The attached image is screen shot for Add-in for Excel to integrate Excel with another application called MetaTrader4 to allow the users to trade from within Excel. This project is complicated and deal with many technologies and fields like calling underlying layer for communications and graphics to have dynamic charts and link to MS Access to store the actions by the user and finally controlling MetaTrader from Excel. Hello there, I am an Excel VBA expert (with more than 475 projects completed with Excellent ratings here on freelancer itself). In addition to this, I have worked extensively on Portfolio Performance Monitoring and Reporting for BofA-ML and am very well aware of portfolio re-balancing process in accordance to asset allocation defined in the investment strategy. For your purpose, I would recommend a spreadsheet that will allow the user to define the asset allocation for the client and then some way to import the current holding data will be designed. Based on this, the user would be able to compare the current holding percentages across asset classes and compare it with strategy allocation. The system will then suggest Buy/Sell signals on individual assets depending upon other rules that you will define. We will have to discuss your re-balancing strategy in detail before I could suggest a suitable design for the spreadsheet. I can assure you of my expertise in this area based on my work and the fact that I am a GARP certified FRM and have worked on several projects related to Market Risk.
