I have previous experience in data entry job at office. I know my ways around excel. I have plenty of free time to put into good use.

I am Julia a 27 year old mother. I am an IT student and also a full time freelancer. I do article writing, SEO writing, Copy writing, transcription, copywriting, data entry and virtual assistance. I was also employed as a customer care representative and telesales executive. I have been an office admin at a lawyers office too. I am social so I love meeting new people, teaching kids and also have a passion for IT I also worked as a Telesales consultant for the Sarova Hotels Membership Program with Hotel stay International. Prior to that I was a call centre agent at Star times Media. I also worked with Amollo and Kibanya associates as a Clerk for one and a half years before being a shop attendant for a while. In 2012 I worked as a financial data entry clerk with the Music Copyright society of Kenya. I have also been an English teacher a couple of times within and outside Kenya. I am currently enrolled as a student at JKUAT and pursuing a Bachelor of Science in IT (Distance Learning) which is a step further after my ICDL.I am proficient in working with Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel Microsoft access, Internet and emailing, and the above position will allow me to gain more professional skills

Excellent in MS-OFFICE (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent in SQL, ERP, Oracle, Al-Motammem Financials, Commercial Excel, Quick Books and Peach Tree. Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed. Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries. Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion. Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts. Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations. Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
