Custom illustration and flash animation for game

Requirements Creature 1. cute creatures similar to those of pokemon (don't steal it, be creative). 2. perspective is so that creature is facing to the right of the screen. (can be flipped with actionscript) 3. creature is connected to a gun/cannon (see below for gun/cannon requirements) which is strapped to it somehow (make it look cool). 4. frames for the creature walking 5. frames for the creature sitting still (i.e. eye blinks occasionally, tail moves, makes a face, etc.). Gun/Cannon 6. each gun graphic goes along with a specific creature 7. frames for firing the cannon/gun (i.e. recoil the gun, smoke, etc.) 8. angle of gun/cannon can be adjusted independent of the creature with Actionscript (should look smooth if the angle is not changed too much) Avatar 9. cute avatars (think asian games, don't steal it) 10. avatars are sitting/mounted on a creature above and are holding onto the gun/cannon 11. an avatar should be able to sit on different creatures (compatible with all other creatures) In total I would like two different creatures each with their own gun/cannon style, and two avatars that can sit on either creature, and the ability to move (together) the avatar, creature and cannon as if they were a unit with Actionscript. The graphics should be detailed and imaginative and quality should be very good. To get an idea of what it should look like, google "gunbound" and look for images.
