Animated graphic to embed in a powerpoint presentation

We need two separate animations for a slide presentation (for two separate slides). The first animation is of a patient in an operating room having an endoscope placed down their esophagus , through the stomach and into the duodenum. Ideally it would be a "see through" person. The animation then shows a needle extending from the tip of the endoscope and penetrating into the pancreas where there is a round tumor mass in the middle. The animation then shows the surgeon injecting a syringe (at the top end of the endoscope) and fluid emerging from the tip of the needle in the tumor in the pancreas. The tumor then pulses with red light (the fluid is radioactive). The second animation should be copied from the attached video to show the manufacture of the product. It starts where the phosphorus and silicon are mixed (after the title page) and ends with the vial of radioactive product. being poured into the liquid.
