Ad Spaces, Banners & Landing Page - Wordpress

Hi, I have this website: [login to view URL] I need few things: 1. Create like 8 banners 2. Create 8 Ad spaces and paste the banners in the Theme 3. Create an HTML Landing Page for the banners Attached is the task description. Please open the attached file and read it. Deadline 20th of September. Budget is $150-200 not a cent more.
