I need an online marketing manager to look after two businesses for our email promotions/ newsletters, blogs, social media posts such as twitter and facebook (our blog is directly linked to our facebook and twitter page, so this helps). You may also be asked to assist with article writing, ghostwriting and website content improvements. We wish to aim for increased online presence for the two business and link potential web customers to our website with a strong focus on customer enquiry conversion. The work required will be on-going and I presume 3-4 hours a week will be required. However initially 4+ hours may be required until everything is set up and running smoothly. We currently use mailchimp and so we require template setup (which can be a standard theme for each business once layout is agreed), image editing and content creation. Blog access is from our websites and social media profiles will also need to be handled ([login to view URL]) We would like to work with someone for the long term and are looking for someone who can be creative, professional and articulate (smart at content creation and design/colour layout). Also we want you to alway be willing to communicate via phone or video chat, provide suggestions as much as possible and communicate promptly. We are willing to work on a recurring monthly structure for your services and will pay hourly. Please advise the best hourly rate you will do for this on-going work.
