Design and Redesign of several icons

You can find the current design attached. I need the icons to be redesigned, they should have the same size to the existing icons. Here is a brief description of every icon (see the attachment): 1) Profiles(normal/high/pressed) - The current design doesn't look like profiles. Profile - is a set of conversion options 2) Exit(normal/high/pressed) - The current design look like "cancel", not "exit". 3) Add_DVD_to_Conv(normal/high/pressed) - We use "Add_File" image now and need a new correct design of "Add_DVD", I think the best way will be to keep a character "+" but above a DVD 4) Browse_DST_Folder(normal/high/pressed) - We use a stub image now and need a new correct design. The purpose of this button is to open(browse) the destination folder 5) cancel_all_Conversion(normal/high/pressed) - We use a stub image of "Stop_Conversion" now and need a new correct design for "Stop_All", it should be the updated version of "Stop_Conversion" 6) Start_all_Conversion(normal/high/pressed) - We use a stub image of "Start_Conversion" now and need a new correct design for "Start_All", it should be the updated version of "Start_Conversion" 7) Remove_Job(normal/high/pressed) - This image does not exist, need to design it from scratch, it should have the size of "Start_Conversion" icon 8) pbtnThumbnailPSPMake(normal/high/pressed) - We use a stub image now and need a new correct design. This button is used to set a specific time on the timeline 9) pbtnThumbnailPSPShow(normal/high/pressed) - We use a stub image now and need a new correct design. This button is used to seek to the position previously set with the button 10) 10) Tray(4 animated states) - This animated icon sits in the system tray and animates when there is some progress ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). **The winner bidder will get PSD's with the current design.
