Design 3D anumated logo Logo - Repost - open to bidding

i need 3D animated logo design. Herewith the brief and mp4 clip. We will be using the same design for all printed media as well. Please call if you need any more info. I am attaching a file with the idea that the director has in mind, as well as his brief. Brief: (It is a picture of a white man's hand who is holding a lying down flag of Africa using those strings from puppet strings (like God father), with the wood, the strings bust one by one as the map of africa rises until it is free from these strings and then the name ihawu appears) Please let me know soonest if you can do this.
