Design our self-serve frozen yogurt shop

We have a retail space in mind for our self-serve yogurt shop and we are looking to get a few shop layouts to see if this space will work for us. This location is approx 1800 SFT 20 ft wide by 90 deep retail location suburban strip mall and we will provide photos and of the immediately surrounding areas to the bidders we intend to work with. We will also include a specific list of all necessary elements that must be included (i.e. furniture, male and female HDCP Bathrooms seating area, cash register, self-serve yogurt machines, toppings bar, storage, etc). We expect project to begin in Jan 2013. So time is of the essence. We are looking to get 2 different layout ideas that illustrate best use of space for this site - mainly to determine a design that will be appealing to not only the tween market but also the 20 to 40 year old market. Drawings are to be drawn to scale and should include all the items from the list that will be provided. The three areas that describe this project are affordable design, functional furniture elements, and a wow factor when customers come in. Winning bidder agrees to make changes to their design if we request.
