awards ribbons graphics for website

Need a custom high resolution image of an awards ribbon created in two color schemes (gold-version and silver-version). The image will be used on our website [login to view URL] for some awards we're about to give out. This is an image we like of an awards ribbon [login to view URL] -- however the colors are wrong for us and the ruffles seem a bit too wide. Copy on award: Round part should say in large bold type-> Testing Awards Winner Left ribbon should say (running vertically upwards) -> WhichTestWon Right ribbon should say (running vertically upwards) -> 2010 Color schemes: Both of the ribbons and ruffles should be the blue color in our logo at http://whichtestwon.com. However for that round area, one ribbon needs a golden center and the other needs to be silvery... so it's clear which is a "gold award" and which is a "silver award". Usually the image will appear sized at about no more than 200 pixels across... so please design so the words are be visible and easy to read at this size. We need to own rights to the images to be used. We will use the image on our site and allow the actual winners to use the image on their sites as well. The image will be used for online and possibly email uses only, so it does not have to be print-worthy.
