I need a character created kind of like the geico gecko. He will be used for my site. The character is a Scottish man, so make him a stereotype: red hair, wearing a kilt, etc. I also want him to be holding a set of backpipes. I just want him standing holding his pipes. The character should be presented with a transparent background and a second image with a speech bubble.
