Create 2-page PDF 'Advert' for brochure

I need a 2-page advert for a brochure where my business will be advertised. The specifications are (per page): TOTAL SIZE: 154mm (width) x 216mm (height) TRIMMED SIZE: 148mm (width) x 210mm (height) RESOLUTION: 300dpi resolution FORMAT: PDF or Jpeg CMYK Colour mode (NOT RGB) The type of design I would like are: Well, firstly here is a link to my site: www.theasianhitch.com. Now if you imagine this will be two pages, each specified as above, then on the first page will be on the left, I want it completely black with our website address '[login to view URL]' at the top of the page in small writing and centred. The logo 'The Asian Hitch' in the centre and big. The second page will also be black background with the website address at the top and the bottom bit the same with the number 1 asian dating coach writing and the logos.
