Advanced php programmer for design and content from API

NO TEAMS I require NO TEAMS, looking for one advanced programmer who can take this api [login to view URL] - if you can't not see it it means it blocked in your country - DO NOT APPLY if you can't work out how to see it/ or can't see it And format it in to a very light weight fast json/ajax/qjeury ( self refreshing elements on the screen ) to display all the race data like this : [login to view URL]!/vic/racing - all of this data comes from the api - you need to register an account to access it. That is the main part, to create that page that will navigate off to the individual race information page. The next part is the race page, we need to store all values for the live dividend changes and times / all race information in to a database. The rac page the pulls the information out and calculates functions on it, then displays it under a time line leading up to the start of a race. IE 60 seconds before the start of the race, x value for runner 1, 2, 3, etc etc, so there is a grid of data with values for each runner that moves to the left as time counts down. More details will be provided on that. This is done for three TAB's Then we will program in send wager functions, that will use the account information username /password - they will click on a runner select amount and press send wager. On minimum amount will be paid until the point data is been pulled out from a database and displayed cleanly in the web page. ( To many people pretend they can program ) at which point we will pay the rest.
