We're looking for designers with book cover and page design experience, able to work effectively and efficiently with online clients. This first project is a 6 x 9 trade paperback, 4-colour cover, B and W interior. We will provide all cover images and text. The page file (an English-language manuscript, approx. 290 formatted pages) is in Microsoft Word, text only (no photos, charts, maps, or diagrams). We require the finished page design as both Word and PDF files (the book will be both digitally printed, and available as an ebook). If you are able to format in ePub, please quote that, too. We are a small publisher with many more, similar projects coming up, so we are looking to establish a solid working relationship with one or more designers.

This begins with a conversation with you to discuss the project, after which I will create 3 samples of your book cover. After you have made a choice, I will then proceed to lay out the book's interior. Within 15 days you will have a print-ready and error-free book in Word and PDF formats.
