Corporate pocket folder and sales sheets - package

We are updating our corporate presentation materials. We need a new design for a pocket folder and sales sheet package. The pocket folder is a US standard 9"x12" with two inside pockets 4-3/4" deep. The sell sheets will be 2 page (front/back) 8.5 x 11. We need a folder design, and a base template design for the sell sheets. We will eventually have about 10 - 20 sell sheets to do on different services and products we offer, but we are only including the template in this project. We expect the designer to use Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and to provide any raw work files to us at the end of the project to obtain final payment. We can provide some photos and the logo file. Our budget for this project is $200. We expect there will be several rounds of presenting of ideas, and making changes. We generally like to see three very different design options at first, and then will focus on one to work with and to complete the project. All bidders must provide a portolio and examples of similar materials in order to be seriously considered. Background: Our company is a US marketing services company that provides printing, mailing, inventory management, distribution, emailing, and personalized marketing services to companies in many different industries: financial services, franchise retail and restaurant groups, non-profit organizations, retail shops/chains, and many others.
