Brand Identity and a full website with ecommerce on Genesis framework -- 2

Hi, I've researched a bit on the Freelancer website and found you to be the ideal choice for building my website. I would like to have a theme built from the ground up using the Genesis Framework you are familiar with. I have not found a theme that I really enjoy so I would like you to design one for me, custom, but inspired on elements from existing websites (with similar business models). This is the first time I have a website designed for me, so I'm not too sure where to start. I think that if you agree to take on this project, there will be a lot of back and forth until we find a perfect understanding of what I am hoping for. I will give you more specifics once you agree on taking this job. The website needs to be completed as quickly as possible because it sells a service that is seasonal (winter) and the season is about to start soon in Canada when it starts to snow. If you take on this project, based on your past experience, how long does it take to build a full website (5 pages lets say with [login to view URL])? How much would you quote the website in USD?
