batch resize SVGs, confirm they work in a javascript plugin (OR JS script altered to size the SVGs)

Hello, I need to 2366 .SVG files resized to be 1200 pixels wide while maintaing each file's original aspect ratio. I need to files sized and fully working in a javascript plugin jsMovie: [login to view URL] to perform like this: [login to view URL] So for this reason I need the dimensions defined within the file - however I need to keep each files as small as possible. Ideally I would prefer if the larger/largest files in the batch were cleaned and the file size optimised where ever possible. ALTERNATIVELY : > If you have a solution where the file width/dimensions can be defined in the script above this would also be acceptable, but I would need a fully working script returned to me. > In this instance I would also likely need the script altered to progressively load the files as they play, please advise if this is possible. Attached are the SVG files. My goal is to get the javascript plugin above functioning as smoothly as possible and displaying the SVGs at 1200 pixels wide, so any solution for this would be welcome - happy to discuss options. thanks
