Create an Animation

We want to develop a short animation that can be used as an opener for a series of videos that we are developing on reflective practice. The style would be something similar to the first 15 seconds of this planetizen animation: [login to view URL] Our concept is off course different. Our animation would take an urban planner as an abstract character through a number of different situations including: working in their office on a physical plan with colleagues, taking a train to the community meeting with the plan, participating in the meeting with lots of folks present, facilitating small group conversation with participants and then going home. We'd need a person or team that could develop the graphic elements and do the animation.
